We Made It!

I'm so very proud of myself & of my 3 sweet children for accomplishing a meltdown-free flight from Sacramento to Dallas. The journey was long but well worth it. We loved our California Spring Break & we are so happy to be back in Dallas with Rod.

All geared up in the Sacramento airport:

Marching to Row 18 (how cute is this picture?!)

The photo that describes exactly WHY a meltdown-free trip was accomplished...a personal dvd player, a box of tic tacs, rolls of fruit leather...what could she possibly have to complain about?

I got a big kick out of introducing the kids to "The Sky Mall". Savannah was completely fascinated with all of the cool pet gear & especially wanted to buy herself the swimming goggles with built-in digital camera. We were tempted to order the "Star Trek Full-Size Captain's Chair" for Uncle Aaron & Uncle Nate, but the $2,717.01 price tag scared us off (they claim to have only made 170 of the chairs, so hurry if you're interested!)

Will really was well-behaved

And Rod was awesome enough to get special clearance through security to meet us at the gate. The kids went crazy when they saw him. Big hugs & happiness all around!

We saw that Star Trek captain's chair in the Sky Mall on the way to New Mexico. What a riot. We also laughed at all the crazy pet gear. How funny that you blogged about it.

What cute pictures! Ok, I have to explain the hair comment... (This is Stephen) From the pictures, it looks like you cut your hair... short... and since I married Debbie, my life is all about hair, nails, etc. since she is a cosmetologist. I am glad that you appreciated the comment! :) Katie, that deserves a zerbert! HaHa!

Super Mom!

Incredible really. I was just commenting on how scary it is that next time I fly, it will be with three kids . . . glad I can see that it is possible. :)

That rocks! Good for Rod for thinking like a smart dad. You are so lucky to have such a great family. Maybe someday I can see all of you again...and meet Lila!
