So, very sadly for us, my Mom is leaving us tomorrow...after a very long & wonderful trip.
I don't know how we're going to survive without her anymore.
3 weeks ago, Rod went on a 3 day business trip to San Francisco. At the last minute, he decided to take Will along with him, so that Will could spend some one-on-one time with my parents (who live in Sacramento).
Well, it just so happened that my parents were having such a fantastic time with Will that they offered to keep him for an extra week! Will enjoyed some SERIOUS attention from Grandma & Papa, while we enjoyed spoiling Savannah here in Dallas.
My mom deserves the "Super Grandma" award for having the guts to take on a 4 hour flight back to Texas with my 19-month-old son...and she didn't even complain a bit! Thanks Mom!!!!!!!
So, she's been with us here in Dallas for 2 weeks, and we hate to see her leave. She's just such a great helper & such a wonderful example to us all.
COME BACK SOON, GRANDMA! WE MISS YOU ALREADY!!!!!!

Jen, you are so so lucky (and I know that *you* know that) to have such a wonderful and supportive mom and grandma for your kids. She really is incredible and Savannah will remember those special memories that you are creating together.
