It's such a fun tradition. I always enjoy the beautiful country drive out with friends (such a good chance to catch up on all sorts of girl talk). It's always hot & dirty (although we lucked out this year--not so brutally hot as it could have been!) & we always look forward to coming home to make all sorts of blueberry goodies.
This year, I just took Will (Savannah spent her morning attending Spanish Camp at the Dallas International School...more on that one later) & we enjoyed gathering our fantastic blueberry crop. He was COMPLETELY delightful on the trip & we both loved every minute of our one-on-one time together.
