It all started with her month-long visit for Baby Lila's birth. It was obvious that the jump from 2 kids to 3 kids was a significant one in the Hinze home. Significant enough that we REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY appreciate help!!
When Grandma Dorothy comes, our little Hinze Family World is complete. There's a literal change in the air when she walks in our door. She brings peace, love, fun, happiness, and more. Everyone wants a piece of her fantastic action, and she's so good to share herself with all of us.
We had such a fun visit this time around. We rested, cleaned, organized, played, shopped...nothing that sounds earth-shattering, but the truth is that my world and my needs are pretty simple right now, and all of those things made significant impacts on my life.
I love feel rested, clean, and organized (and of course I love to play and shop) but it's just hard for me to do it all on my own. It's so much more fun with Dorothy in the house.
Thanks, Mom, for leaving all of us better than you found us. We miss you!!!

It's just the best of times to "lose" yourself with grandchildren..and thanks, Jen and Rod for making it so much fun to be there! Can't wait to see you again, soon...in California!
