Happy Father's Day, Dad!

Here I am, long ago, on top of my Daddy world!

I love you so much, Dad.
You always have been and always will be one of my very best friends.
You understand me in a way that no one else does.

I will always cherish my memories of...
-Being held in your arms while dancing together to "If I Had A Whistle"
-Going on dates to Wendy's to share a chocolate frosty
-Faking being asleep so you would carry me from your bed to my own bed, late at night (you let me get away with that one WAY too long!)
-Watching Dick Van Dyke re-runs on "Nick at Night" and wondering whether I was laughing because the show was funny or because your laughter was so contagious!
-Editing my high school English papers together (you taught me so well that you worked your way out of a job!)
-Seeing you lovingly tend/feed/water my Hamlet (the pot-bellied pig)
-Trying my best to not "pose" for ALL the pictures you took while mastering your photography skills!
-Taking you as a guest to my BYU management accounting class...where you were just sure you would fit in with the rest of the 20-somethings! (And loving that you gave a shot at the daily quiz!)
-Reviewing my Goldman Sachs interview case-study together (we nailed that one...too bad it got me the job!!)
-Introducing Baby Savannah to you, then Baby Will, then Baby Lila. They sure love their Papa!
-Dining at Maui Taco...where "everybody knows your name" and our conversations are slow, sweet, and (for me) so comforting
-Being your "punkin pie", your "jenny-mal-henny", and your mother's namesake

I just can never get enough of you, Dad.

Thank you for your example...for teaching me to love life, to love people, to work hard, and to rest hard.

Can't wait to see you In August!

Love,
Jenny

Jen,
That is the most beautiful reflection of love ever. Your dad is lucky to have you too. Thanks for loving my brother like you do.
Loves.

That was so sweet. And when are you going to be there in August? I'm hoping to go out there then.
