It's a Hinze Family Day Today...

Long ago, we made up a little song. It's just a silly tune & the only words are, "It's a Hinze Family Day Today", repeated over & over. When we wake up in the morning with a good family plan in mind, we sing our little song & look forward to having some serious fun!
So, today was a Hinze Family Day. We took the kids for a 20 minute drive out to Grapevine, where we visited the Bass Pro Shop & the RainForest Cafe. Both stops were huge successes!

Will couldn't get enough of "driving" the boat. That kid gets behind a wheel & lights up like nothing else! He bounces his entire body while chanting, "DaDaDaDaDa..."

Savannah got to take home a real, live, fat, slimy worm, whom she named Squeaky. For just a minute there, we weren't sure that Squeaky was going to stay under his lid. Savannah was quite distressed!
