Savannah & I just got back from her friend's "Fancy Nancy" birthday party. If any of you out there have little girls, and haven't read the Fancy Nancy books, they're worth looking into--completely adorable stories about a little girl who loves ALL things fancy.
So, we used the party as the perfect excuse for Savannah to wear her inherited-from-Mamoo (my Grandmother) awesome costume jewelry. This is the only picture I got, but doesn't Savannah look Fancy?! (Mamoo would be so proud!)
We also went to another friend's pool birthday party. Savannah & I volunteered to make & bring the cupcakes. We had SUCH a fun time decorating them--we made "cookie sand" for some, and cut out shark fins for the others.

Ooh - you'll have to tell me all about the Fancy Nancy party - we're planning on that same theme for Savvy's 5th (yes, a little early to be planning a January birthday, I know!) ;)
