A sneak peak at the big Christmas surprise for the Hinze kids this year...
(Rod had to take his turn while he had the chance!!!
I KNEW when I saw this beauty months ago at Costco, it belonged in our home.
But I just couldn't get myself to buy it.
Last week, when Savannah suddenly stopped begging for a puppy (thank goodness!) and instead started pleading for a huge pretend horse, I got on the phone with Costco.
Much to my disappointment, the computers revealed that ALL the huge pretend horses (which, by the way, make clomping & neighing noises) within 3 hours of us had been completely sold out.
But...as luck would have it, the clerk discovered that someone had just returned a huge pretend horse to the Costco in Ft. Worth (a Hinze Christmas miracle!). The clerk promised to hold it for me (against Costco rules) if I could guarantee arrival within an hour. So...in the spirit of true commercial Christmas madness (which I swear I had sworn off), I set out on my mission.
I believe the huge pretend horse was meant to be (especially if it keeps my home happy & puppy-free!)
Hope it's a hit!!
