Despite all the warnings I received about people biting, cannibalizing, stinking, and more, our sweet girls have been pure delight.
A few month ago I added a pod to their cage, thinking they would use it as an extra space to nest. They decided, however, to use it as a potty. Brilliant! So, their messes are all contained and very easy to clean.
The hamsters are nocturnal and spend most of the day sleeping, snuggled up together in their favorite hiding spot.
They are all good sports, however, when the kids wake them for playtime. They even go along with minor humiliation like this
They spend the night exploring their cage, filling their cheeks with seeds, and running on the wheel together
We just love out little Sneakers, Nibbles, and Biscuit more than I ever imagined! They are such good girls.

Love the picture of the hamster in the little car! So funny. I'm glad that they are such good pets.
They look like so much fun! That is nice that they keep their potty seperate! Smart little animals!
Awww, sweet. Though Caroline's screams are still ringing in my ears from the day she found one of her cute little hamsters had bitten its roomie's head right straight off. Enjoy the peace!
