I typically get a big kick out of coordinating the kids' costumes, but this year they all had strong opinions.
Savannah just HAD to be a mermaid. Personally, I think a walking, tennis-shoe wearing mermaid is completely ridiculous. We all got lots of laughs out of the horendous red wig. Totally tacky...totally awesome...
Will is completely OBSESSED with the color green, and his favorite dinosaur is a ticeratops. So, of course he was THRILLED to wear this costume.
And Lila loved being a bunny rabbit. Tutu cute, kiddo!
We also had some fun cooking up spooky food for the parties we attended.
Hot Dog Octopi were a HUGE hit with the kids...
Mummy Pizzas were an even bigger hit...
But the "Eye of Newt" deviled eggs just grossed everyone out!
Savannah's already looking forward to celebrating again next year.
She went to bed saying she can't decide if she wants to be a dolfin or a starfish next Halloween!
