We were both COMPLETELY excited when we found this beauty from lunchboxes.com
I have SO many fabulous 80's memories of slumber parties spent watching "The Last Unicorn". (Savannah is yet to see it...not sure I'm ready to introduce her to that evil Red Bull...)
I'm getting a kick out of packing lunches for my sweet girl. But I'm still a rookie.
Yesterday, I ran out of juice boxes. When I asked Savannah how she survived without a drink, she told me she was SO SO SO thirsty, but she just drank the little bit of juice surrounding the oranges in her tiny fruit bowl.
I felt so bad that the I commit myself to buying & sending 2 juice boxes with her the next day.
Well, I didn't make it to the store & so I put a sippy cup of gatorade in her lunchbox today. When I asked Savannah about it, she told me the cup got everything else in the lunchbox wet & when Truman & Thomas saw her cup, they said she was a baby for drinking out of a baby cup. Oops.
So sorry, Savannah, and thank you for being such a super star (she never complained, she just told me the facts.)
Needless to say, I bought juice boxes today!

You're nice. We tell Maren to just get a drink out of the drinking fountain if she is thirsty.
I'm with Hammy. I started the year off with Horizon milks. One day I forgot to put one in and apologized to my 5 year old for being so forgetful. In true Lulu style she said "don't worry mom, I just got one of the cups of water of the table." Wait- if those are so readily available why am I sending a giant milk for her to drink when I am certain she has yet to drink the whole thing? Especially with a table filled with tiny cups of water.
She hasn't had a milk since.
