When I asked her what she wanted to take, she said she wanted to make a big rainbow cookie cake, shaped like an "S". I thought it was a great idea & it turned out so cute & yummy. (I just made my regular sugar cookie recipe & patted it out on a pan.)

Wow - did you make that Jen?? Cause MY name starts with "S" and I like rainbows and cookie cakes. And MY half birthday is April 1st. April Fool's Day...sounds like a good cookie cake makin' day :-)
